in future the best way to do this work is to place the information in a table at the top of the individual activity session plans and enter the data here. **Not on this collated page** overview on this page collate a table //including// data from these individual sources. Reasons-
1/ constantly editing info in a range of pages (not intellegent)
2/ only on person at a time can work on any of the detail at a time.
