A digital mentor will need to know a diverse range of information to do with technology; knowledge on the different devises, how to search the internet, how to manage accounts and businesses, how to use social media safely, etc. They need to be able to have the appropriate knowledge required to teach the people who are learning from them and they need to be able to answer any questions successfully.
