It is difficult to find a direct comparison in the literature but anecdotal research ((http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?223598-Trotec-Speedy-300-versus-the-Rayjet-300)) yields: *Speedy 300 is faster *Speedy 300, 360 & 400 Can have a 'harsh environment kit' fitted - meaning a more sealed in cutting area. *Speedy 300 uses JobControl - Rayjet 300 used Rayet Minimanager Other than these points they appear to be functionally and physically very similar.
